班主任作为班级管理的主要执行者,直接影响着学生的学习效率和效果。在以素质教育为背景的班级管理当中,任何管理都应该以人为主体来展开。班主任作为班级管理的主导者,既承担着教育义务,也承担着组织和管理班级的义务,因为,有时候班主任的一个行为,一个动作,一句话都能影响着学生,给他们带向不同的道路。当然,班主任只有不断创新管理艺术,结合实际,做到管理轻重得当,努力搞好班级建设,才能建设一个和谐良好的氛围,那么才有利于学生学习的共同进步。
