“渤2”事件发生在天津。但是,天津日报的报道却很晚,甚至在中央报纸旗帜鲜明地发出大量报道时,我们仍跟不上形势。是不是我们不知道发生了这么大的事故呢?不是,事故发生不久,我们就派记者去了解情况。但是,初步了解情况之后,我们就认为:这样大的事故,死这么多人,又涉及石油部,中央和市委又没有指示,因此,对公开报道想也没敢想。这决不是对一个“渤2”事件的看法,而是长期以来我们在新闻报道思想上僵化半僵化的反映。多年以来,流行一种观念,或者形成一个习惯,报纸往往只报道事件的结果,或者是成绩的总结。比如:
“Bo 2” incident occurred in Tianjin. However, reports from Tianjin Daily were late, and we were not able to keep up with the situation even when Central Newspapers issued a large number of reports in a clear manner. Did not we know that such a big accident happened? No, soon after the accident, we sent a reporter to understand the situation. However, after a preliminary understanding of the situation, we think: such a big accident, so many people died, and the Ministry of Oil involved, the central government and the municipal government did not give instructions, therefore, did not dare to think about the public coverage. This is by no means an opinion on a “Bohai 2” incident, but a long-term, rigid and semi-rigid reflection on the ideology of news coverage. Over the years, a concept has prevailed, or a habit has been formed. Newspapers often report only the result of an incident, or a summary of accomplishments. such as:
