目的:制定一套更科学、更标准化的血液检验规程,研究其对于血液检验质量的影响。方法:选取2012年8月至2013年5月期间我院收治的进行血液检验的患者174例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组87例患者,两组患者在性别、病情、年龄等方面无显著性差异。对照组按一般方法对患者进行血液检验,观察组按制定的血液检验操作规程进行。比较两组患者采血一次完成的成功率、血液样本采集的成功率、检验报告的准确率、患者满意度等指标。结果:数据统计分析的结果显示,观察组在采血一次完成的成功率、血液样本采集的成功率、满意度等方面显著优于对照组,结果具有显著性差异。结论:通过制定更科学标准的血液检验规程,并且在血液检验过程中严格执行,可以保证血液检验的质量,提高患者的满意度。
Purpose: To develop a more scientific and standardized blood test protocol to study its impact on the quality of blood tests. Methods: A total of 174 patients undergoing blood tests in our hospital from August 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 87 patients in each group. The patients were divided into two groups based on sex, condition, age, etc. There was no significant difference. The control group according to the general method of blood tests for patients, the observation group according to the established blood test procedures. The successful rate of blood sampling, the success rate of blood sample collection, the accuracy of test report and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in the success rate of once completed blood sampling, the success rate of blood sample collection and satisfaction, and the results showed significant differences. CONCLUSIONS: By developing a more scientific standard blood test protocol and being strictly enforced during the blood test, the quality of the blood test can be assured and the patient’s satisfaction improved.
