校企合作是目前高职院校培养专业人才的一个重要途径,帮助学生建立正确的人生观,思想政治工作与企业思想将两者有效的结合在一起,有助提升高职思想政治教育,探究思想政治工作与企业文化建设融合发展的有效途径,确立符合整个社会的正确企业价值观取向,培养出具有时代精神的学生,使得高职学生有着正确的价值观,帮助学生未来的发展。本文从主要从校企合作环境下高职思想政治教育的优点和有效途径进行了讨论分析。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way to cultivate professionals in higher vocational colleges at present. It helps students to establish a correct outlook on life. Ideological and political work and business thinking combine the two effectively, which helps to improve ideological and political education in higher vocational schools. Ideological and political work and corporate culture to integrate the development of effective ways to establish a line with the correct corporate values of the entire community orientation and train students with the spirit of the times so that vocational students have the right values to help students develop in the future. This article mainly discusses and analyzes the advantages and effective ways of ideological and political education in higher vocational schools under the environment of cooperation between school and enterprise.
