患者,女,37岁,因“服用毒鼠强致意识障碍4小时。”就诊我院,既往无心脏疾病史,无“高血压”病史。入院查体:T:36.5℃,P:102次/分,R:18次/分,BP:80/50mmHg,昏迷状态,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿性啰音,心律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,腹平软,肠鸣音正常,双下肢无浮肿,查头颅CT未见明显异常。入院后给予行心电图提示窦性心动过速,TNT<3pg/ml,BNP<100ng/ml,即给予气管插管,呼吸机辅助呼吸,并予持续CRRT血浆置换、解毒等处理,患者仍为顽固性低血压,予去甲肾
