我院自1976年1月～1987年12月,经纤维胃镜确诊食管消化性溃疡10例,占同期内镜检查的0.019％,现报告如下。临床资料一、性别及年龄:本组10例,男8例,女2例。年龄17～75岁。二、临床表现:临床出现症状自9天～7年。有吞咽困难7例,胸骨后疼痛5例,呕血或黑便2例。上腹部不规则疼痛伴压痛8例,贫血3例,体重减轻5例。三、x线检查:食管中下段龛影3例,食管痉挛伴炎症3例,下段新生物1例,阴性3例。四、内镜下表现:溃疡位于食管上段1 Our hospital from January 1976 to December 1987, the diagnosis of esophageal peptic ulcer by fiber gastroscopy in 10 cases, accounting for the same period endoscopic examination of 0.019%, are as follows.
