扬麦158,是江苏省继扬麦5号之后育成的一个突破性小麦新品种,江苏省农作物品种审定委员会1993年4月通过审定命名。1994年引进湖南试验示范,表现良好。其特点是:产量高,籽粒品质优良,综合抗性较好,适应性较广。 扬麦158为春性品种,幼苗直立,叶色深,分蘖力中等,成穗率高;株高90～95厘米,穗长方形,长芒,白壳,红粒,角质,生长清秀。生育期186～201天。后期熟相好,熟期与扬麦5号差不多,比湘麦13号早3～6
Yangmai 158 is a groundbreaking new breed of wheat after Yangmai 5 in Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu Province Crop Variety Approval Committee was approved in April 1993.
