在普通话水平第一、二题测试中,出现了一些语音错误背离了测试目标,试卷设计时想要测到的音节无法测得的现象。针对这一现象,本文通过对普通话水平测试理论与实践中一些问题的重新梳理,提出了普通话语音测试中“目标无关性错误”的概念。并在此基础上指出,教育测量理论中有关信度、效度的检测用于普通话语音测试研究时,要从测题与目标一致性的角度出发,充分考虑汉字特性的影响。
In the first and second questions of Putonghua proficiency test, there were some speech errors that deviated from the test target and the syllable that the test paper wanted to measure could not be measured. In response to this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the concept of “goal-independence error ” in Mandarin speech testing by re-combing some of the problems in the theory and practice of Putonghua proficiency testing. On the basis of this, it is pointed out that when using the measurement of reliability and validity in education measurement theory to test the speech of Putonghua, we should fully consider the influence of the characteristics of Chinese characters from the perspective of the consistency of the test questions and objectives.
