自己从事中小学音乐教学工作多年来,感慨万千。音乐教育作为美育的范畴,已逐步被全社会公认。国家教委副主任柳斌同志曾在中国教育学会音乐研究会上明确指出,中、小学美育的基本任务是培养学生感受美、鉴赏美、创美的能力,帮助学生树立正确的审美观念,使学生具有高尚的审美情操。尽管音乐教育的现状有所好转,但存在的问题却不少。
