针对电加热反应器这类大惯性对象,提出了一种基于参考模型的串级自适应预估控制算法,它用反应器壁温预估反应器内温,通过自适应律消除预估误差。实验表明这种算法可以很好地克服对象的惯性,对于串级大惯性对象具有很好的控制作用。
Aiming at the large inertia objects such as electrically heated reactors, a cascade adaptive predictive control algorithm based on reference model is proposed, which uses the reactor wall temperature to estimate the reactor internal temperature and cancel the estimated error through the adaptive law. Experiments show that this algorithm can well overcome the inertia of the object, which has a good control effect on cascaded large inertial objects.
