中毒性休克综合征(Toxic shock syn-drome,简称 TSS)是一种新认识的严重临床病症,以发热、晕厥、低血压或休克、粘膜弥漫性炎症、恶心、呕吐、腹泻及多脏器系统功能障碍等为特征:早期报道的 TSS 病例主要见于育龄妇女,多与行经期使用受金黄色葡萄球菌(下称金葡菌)污染的月经塞有关。近年来,对 TSS 的发病机理,金葡菌及其致热性外毒素的作用等方面进行了较深入的研究,为系统认识本病打下了基础。本文就其最近进展情况作一综述。
