教育部出台的《中等职业学校教师专业标准(试行)》是对合格中等职业学校教师专业素质的基本要求,是中等职业学校教师开展教育教学活动的基本规范和教师专业发展的基本准则。笔者结合电子技术专业教学的实践经验积累和对《专业标准》的理解,提出中职教师在专业技能学习和教育教学辅导方面的若干看法和建议。
The “Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers (Trial)” promulgated by the Ministry of Education is the basic requirement for the professional qualities of qualified secondary vocational school teachers. It is the basic norms for secondary vocational school teachers to carry out education and teaching activities and the basic norms for teachers’ professional development. Based on the accumulation of practical experience in electronic technology teaching and the comprehension of “professional standards”, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions on secondary vocational teachers’ professional skills learning and education and teaching guidance.
