作为当前最先进的路面弯沉检测设备,落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)能够准确的实现对路面结构层模量的反算,从而评价施工道路路面状况。本文首先分析落锤式弯沉仪的工作原理,然后与传统使用的弯沉检测设备贝克曼梁进行比较,以落锤式弯沉仪的优点以及两者之间的线性关系为基础,利用基先进的模量反算软件SIDMOD,与实际工程相结合对FWD弯沉检测在道路施工质量控制的应用进行分析和探讨。研究表明,道路路面施工过程中,结合FWD弯沉检测技术以及路面结构层模量的反算理论可以对道路工程的实际施工质量做出准确的反映,找出施工中存在的质量问题以及安全隐患的路段或者结构层,是一种非常高效的施工质量控制工具。
