产后逆行感染致急性多发性神经根炎至今国内较罕见。现将我院1977～1992年间收住院治疗6例报告如下。临床资料 6例年龄在20～30岁,均为侗族,农民。先以发热继而出现双下肢瘫痪,全身乏力20天入院。其中4例双上肢肘关节以下呈对称性手套样皮神经感觉异常,2例双下肢皮神经对称性袜套样膝关节以下感觉异常。入院检查既往史均无特殊,体温,脉博血压均为正常范围,发育营养中等。五官、心肺、腹部无异常发现,体表淋巴结不肿大,均有双上肢肌力Ⅱ—Ⅲ级,双下肢肌力Ⅱ—Ⅴ级。实验室检查:
Postpartum retrograde infection caused by acute multiple nerve root inflammation is rare in China. Now my hospital from 1977 to 1992 admitted to hospital for treatment of 6 cases are reported as follows. 6 cases of clinical data in the age of 20 to 30 years old, are Dong, farmers. First, followed by fever and lower limb paralysis, malaise 20 days admitted to hospital. In 4 cases, the symmetrical glove-like cutaneous nerve sensory abnormalities were observed below the elbow of the upper extremities, and 2 cases of sensory abnormalities were found in the bilateral lower extremity neurosymmetry socks-like knee. Past history of admission are no special, body temperature, pulse pressure are normal range, the development of nutrition and medium. Facial features, heart and lungs, abdomen no abnormal findings, no swelling of body surface lymph nodes, both upper limb muscle strength Ⅱ-Ⅲ level, lower limb muscle strength Ⅱ-Ⅴ level.
