深化教育领域的综合改革是十八届三中全会作出的重要战略部署。大学章程的制定是深化教育领域综合改革的内容之一,是建立现代大学制度的必须环节,是实现高等教育内涵式发展绕不开的课题。鉴于此,本刊特邀部分高校的专家和学者就大学章程制定的问题进行讨论,以期对高校的相关实践具有一定的指导和启发意义。
Deepening the comprehensive reform in education is an important strategic plan made at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The formulation of a university charter is one of the contents of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education, an essential link in establishing a modern university system, and a task that can not be achieved without the connotative development of higher education. In view of this, we invited some experts and scholars from colleges and universities to discuss the formulation of university constitution, with a view to the relevant practice of colleges and universities have some guidance and inspiration.
