藏政办发[2008]84号(二○○八年七月二日)各行署、拉萨市人民政府,自治区各委、办、厅、局:为进一步加强农牧民培训工作的领导,研究制定农民培训政策措施,整合资源,提高效率,建立统筹协调的农牧民培训领导体制和分工负责、相互协作的工作机制,使我区农牧民培训工作朝着科学化、规范化、制度化方向发展,自治区人民政府决定成立西藏自治区农牧民培训工作领导小组。现通知如下:
