作为老师在我们在每一堂课之前都会做好详细的备课工作,每一课我们都希望能按部就班地完成教学任务。如果是一节公开课,我们甚至会把这节课打磨很多遍,生怕出了一丁点差错。但是每节课总有意外发生,学生是独立的个体,生生不同,每位学生都是有自己独特见解的个体。难道为了顺利完成教学任务,让我们对这些“意外生成”视而不见?有时恰恰是这些“意外生成”才让我们的课堂更精彩,让学生更有活力。生成是意外,但更能成为收获,更是学生真正进步成
As a teacher, we will prepare the lesson in detail before each lesson. Every lesson we hope to complete the teaching task step by step.
