Lemofloxacin(NY-198)是喹诺酮类合成抗菌剂,具有广谱抗菌力。作者用0.3％NY-198液滴耳,每次0.3～0.5ml(6～10滴),浴耳约10min,一日2次,连用4～10日。治疗急慢性中耳炎及外耳道炎共18例。结果显效3例,有效12例,总有效率83.3％,无效1例(5.6％)。细菌学检查细菌消失率亦为83.3％。无副作用发现。故认为,NY-198滴耳液治疗化脓性中耳炎是安全有效的。为研究 NY-198滴耳液的组织分布情况,将0.2ml 0.3％NY-198滴耳液滴入豚鼠耳泡内,然后于1,2,4,8,16,24h 取颈动脉血、中耳粘膜、脑组织及外淋巴液标本,测定药物含量。
Lemofloxacin (NY-198) is a quinolone antibacterial agent with broad spectrum antibacterial activity. The authors used 0.3% NY-198 drops ear, each 0.3 ~ 0.5ml (6 ~ 10 drops), bath ear about 10min, 2 times a day, once every 4 to 10 days. Treatment of acute and chronic otitis media and otitis externa total of 18 cases. Results in 3 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 83.3%, 1 case (5.6%). Bacteriological examination of bacteria disappearance rate was 83.3%. No side effects found. Therefore, NY-198 ear drops treatment of suppurative otitis media is safe and effective. To investigate the tissue distribution of NY-198 ear drops, 0.2 ml of 0.3% NY-198 drops of ear drops were instilled into the guinea pig ear buds and carotid artery blood was taken at 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, Ear mucosa, brain tissue and perilymph specimens, determination of drug content.
