人参皂苷R_(b1)、R_(b2)、R_c可转化为20-O-β-原人参萜二醇(IH-901,化合物K)。对人参皂苷R_c经人肠道菌代谢及其相关生物活性的研究尚不完善。本次对此进行了研究,包括人参皂苷R_c经人肠道微生物区系代谢物的分离、代谢人参皂苷R_c细菌的筛选、人肠道菌代谢人参皂苷R_c活性检测、人粪便微生物区系代谢人参皂苷R_c的时效研究及人参皂苷类对RBL-2H3细胞系的抗变态反应活性检测等实验。
Ginsenoside R_(b1), R_(b2), R_c can be converted into 20-O-β-protopanaxadiol (IH-901, compound K). The study on the metabolism of ginsenoside R_c by human intestinal bacteria and its related biological activity is not yet complete. The current study included the isolation of ginsenoside R_c via human intestinal microbial metabolites, the screening of metabolized ginsenoside R_c bacteria, the detection of human intestinal metabolites of ginsenoside R_c, and the metabolism of human faecal microflora in ginseng. Ageing of saponin R_c and detection of anti-allergic activity of ginsenosides against RBL-2H3 cell line.
