学校德育教育是一项系统工程。从纵向来看,学校德育工作需要校长、大队辅导员、班主任和科任教师上下联动,相互协作;学校以班级为单位,优化班主任管理队伍,充分发挥班主任在德育教育中的主导作用,并依托少先队组织,以活动为载体。学校德育工作的贯彻落实,绝大部分是通过班主任来实施的,小学的班主任,是以传授知识为载体和渠道,真正实现育人的目标。
School moral education is a systematic project. From a vertical perspective, the school moral education requires the principal, brigade counselors, teachers and teachers to link up and down collaboration, mutual cooperation; school class as a unit, optimizing class teacher management team, give full play to the class teacher in moral education in the leading role and relying on Young Pioneers, with activities as a carrier. The implementation of moral education in schools is implemented mostly by the teacher in charge of a class. The teacher in charge of a primary school truly aims at educating people through imparting knowledge as a carrier and channel.
