本文介绍了作者研制的一种新型位置控制单元。它以 STD 工业控制机为核心,具有自动、手动和示教三种工作方式。该位置控制单元采用了先进的控制算法实现了运输小车的单步行走和精确定位。现场调试与运行结果表明小车的定位精度可达±0.01mm。
This article describes a new type of position control unit developed by the author. It STD industrial control machine as the core, with automatic, manual and teaching three kinds of work. The position control unit adopts the advanced control algorithm to realize the single step walking and precise positioning of the transportation trolley. Field commissioning and operation results show that the car’s positioning accuracy of up to ± 0.01mm.
