低剂量辐射长期作用下可能产生怎样的遗传影响一直是人们争议的问题。近年来有关这方面的报道有所增加,但在具体问题的认识上仍存在分歧,特别是女性放射线工作者孕期被照射,可导致子代自血病罹患率及新生儿死亡率增加,先天畸形增加,因而此问题令人关注。1981年我们对全省医用X线人员进行了普查,现对女性放射线工作者的生育状况分析如下。
