(一) 设备的采购权。合资项目确定后,接着就是选购设备。外商往往以合资企业必须购买其指定厂家生产的设备作为与我方合资的前提条件,从而垄断设备的采购权,控制设备的价格。我方企业往往怕失去合作的伙伴,忍痛接受这一不合理条件,使外商从中得到不少好处。 (二) 设备及技术的先进程度,由于我方对合资企业拟选用的设备性能,技术先进的程度了解不够,对设备在国际市场上行情调查得不够,以致作出错误选择,选定了不先进的设备和技术。 (三) 设备及技术的价格权衡。在不了解国际市场行情的情况下,洽谈人员商务谈判水平不高,致使购买的设备及技术价格昂贵。
