37岁。1984—1988年从事喷漆工作。1988年测车间空气中苯浓度为80—150mg/m~3。该患于1988年12月16日在室内喷一台大型成品车,连续工作10余小时,工作完后即感头晕、头痛、乏力、恶心、呕吐、视力模糊等,次日晨起上述症状加重,到单位卫生所化验白细胞为2.6×10~9/L。于18日转本所门诊观察。除咽部略充血外无其它阳性体征。实验室检查:血红蛋白105g/L,白细胞28×10~9/L,分类:中性分叶0.71,淋巴0.11,嗜酸性0.18。血小板206×10~9/L。尿便正常,便查虫卵(一)。肝功正常。免疫球蛋白IgG26.5g/L,IgE108mg/L,余皆正常。
