数学界的前辈、一代大师张孝达先生逝世了,这是数学教育界的一大损失.在痛惜之余,读《中小学数学》初中版2013年第10期刊发的张先生在1998年中国教育学会中学数学教学专业委员会举办的全国初中青年数学教师优质课观摩与评比活动大会上的发言——“鼓励与创新”一文,仿佛又一次聆听张先生的教诲和鼓励.他在发言中列举的两个案例我仍记忆犹新.一个是一位同学在解一元二次方程x(x-2)=3时,把方程写成x(x-2)=3×1
