现代教师的身体状况大多处于亚健康状态,主要是工作压力、社会压力等使他们不良情绪积累过多,又得不到适当的宣泄,造成心身的紧张状态。这种紧张持续时间过长或强度过高,还可能造成心身疾病,严重影响教育教学质量。学校是解决教师心理问题的主力,学校管理者需要清晰认识教师职业倦怠的表现,准确分析教师职业倦怠的原因,并明确提出改善教师职业倦怠,培养教师阳光心理的对策方法。
Most of the physical condition of modern teachers in the sub-health state, mainly due to work pressure, social pressure so that they accumulated too much bad emotions, they did not get the appropriate release, resulting in psychological tension. Such tension for too long or too high intensity, may also cause psychosomatic diseases, seriously affecting the quality of education and teaching. The school is the main force to solve the teacher’s psychological problems. The school manager needs to clearly understand the performance of the teacher’s burnout, accurately analyze the reasons of the teacher’s burnout, and clearly put forward the countermeasures to improve the teachers’ burnout and cultivate the teacher’s sunshine mentality.
