一、前言在设计振动试验台、疲劳试验机、可控震源车等设备的大流量三级式电液伺服阀的伺服系统时,就需对如下几个问题进行细致的分析:(一)是否选用蓄能器?(二)系统开环总增益应等于多少?(三)伺服放大器放大倍数K_d对副回路闭环阻尼比ξ_(oc)及闭环频率ω_(oc)、ω_c的影响。本文对上述问题进行了初步的探讨。
I. Preface When designing a servo system of a large-capacity three-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve on a vibration test stand, a fatigue testing machine, a vibroseis vehicle and the like, detailed analysis on the following issues is required: (1) Whether (B) the total open-loop gain should be equal to how much? (Three) the servo amplifier K_d closed loop damping ratio ξ oc (oc) and the closed-loop frequency ω oc, ω c impact. This article has carried on the preliminary discussion to the above-mentioned question.
