介绍了固态相变的晶体学特征(主要包括位向关系、惯习面、晶体生长方向以及相变应变)的形成机制,以及有关相变不变线应变的前期理论工作,着重阐述了“三维不变线应变模型”的原理、计算方法及其对相变晶体学特征的预测方法。实验研究结果表明,具有针状、棒状或板条状析出相的PCCBCC和HCPBCC析出相变的晶体学特征与不变线应变模型预测的几乎完全一致,表明不变线应变模型实际上已成为一个扩散型相变晶体学表象理论。
The formation mechanism of the crystallographic features of solid phase transformation (mainly including orientation, habit plane, crystal growth direction and phase transformation strain), and the previous theoretical work on the invariant strain of phase transition are introduced.
