本文从汽车应用入手 ,提出对弹簧用钢的各种要求 ,并结合弹簧材料的高应力轻量化的发展趋势 ,阐述了变截面、变刚度和感应处理等先进制造技术。然后运用产品可靠性理论 ,提出既要保证产品在设计制造过程中所固有的可靠性 ,也要结合中国国情 ,保证使用过程中的可靠性来升华产品质量的内涵。最后根据ULSAS(超轻型钢制汽车悬架 )的研究成果 ,从悬架设计的角度预测在 2 0 0 4年前将流行 1 30 0MPa ,2 0 0 4年后将采用 1 5 0 0MPa的高应力高疲劳强度弹簧钢的发展趋势
This paper starts from the application of automobile and puts forward various requirements of spring steel. Combined with the development trend of high stress and light weight of spring materials, the advanced manufacturing technologies such as variable section, variable stiffness and induction processing are expounded. Then, using the theory of product reliability, it puts forward that it is necessary to ensure the inherent reliability of the product in the process of design and manufacture, and also to sublimate the connotation of product quality in the light of China’s national conditions and the reliability in use. Finally, based on the research results of ULSAS (ultralight steel automotive suspension), it is predicted from the point of view of suspension design that it will prevail by 1 030 MPa before 2004 and will adopt a high altitude of 150 MPa after 2004 Development Trend of Spring Steel with High Stress and Fatigue Strength
