借助乙酸乙酯对豆类蔬菜中包含的氧化乐果、三唑磷和敌敌畏等14种有机磷进行检测,同时将该检测方法应用于实际豆类蔬菜样品的有机磷检测工作中。检测发现:14种有机磷提取剂在质量浓度处于0.01~1.00μg/m L时呈现出较好的线性关系,r>0.099,相关分离工作能够在18 min内顺利结束;研究中14种有机磷农药回收率相对较高,回收率最低值80%,最高值100%,相对标准差<10。由此看出,气相色谱检测法能够在豆类蔬菜中14种有机磷残留农药检测工作中发挥良好的应用效果。
14 kinds of organophosphorus such as omethoate, triazophos and dichlorvos contained in leguminous vegetables were detected by ethyl acetate.
