Recently, Toda Construction Co., Ltd. has developed a “T-MAC” construction method that can relieve intense temperature changes on the surface of the crucible over a long period of time and uses a reasonable temperature system for large-volume heat insulation maintenance. To prevent structural cracks and frozen large-diameter crucibles, the T-MAC method uses a formwork to spray heat-insulating materials at the time of crucible pouring. When the mold platen is installed, the heat insulation material is sprayed on the surface of the mold after the mold is pulled and the template is dismantled, so that the surface of the crucible can be heated for a long time.
