盐酸异丙嗪(非那根)致意识障碍的不良反应,国内文献尚无详细报道。笔者曾碰到6例因荨麻疹,胆囊炎胆石症、剧烈咳嗽等不同病因的病人,给于注射或口服常用剂量的非那根或复方冬眠灵以抗过敏和镇静止痛止吐之用。用药后约30～40分钟开始表现为不同程度的兴奋骚动、语无伦次、两眼凝视、坐立不安,甚至起床无意识的活动,如寻衣摸床等谵妄状态。发作时,瞳孔、血压和心率均无明显改变,锥体系和锥体外系亦无异常。上述表现历时1.5—2h(小时)逐渐转入抑制,
