荀子在《非相》篇集中反映了莫肯不隧,式居屡骄;海纳百川,兼容并包;经国定分,言之成理;辩而无用,不为纲纪;兼利天下,通达之属;信信信也,疑疑亦信;富则施广,贫则用节;平则虑险,安则虑危的思想。对战国末期财计文化建设的贡献在于加强修养、忠于职守、坚持原则、实事求是、廉洁奉公、办事公道、服务民众、奉献社会、注重诚信、客观公正、体察民情、倾听呼声、关注民生、协调利益、把握规律、把握机遇、深化改革、统筹兼顾、持续发展。
