同志们: 我们怀着兴奋而荣幸的心情,欢迎各位代表同志前来参加“鄂尔多斯块体周缘震情暨山西地震带学术讨论会”。 时值盛夏酷暑,各位专家和代表,不辞辛劳前来赴会,探讨鄂尔多斯块体周围和山西地震带的有关学术问题,对于急需向外界学习,引进智力的山西来说,这是一次极为难得的学习和提高的机会,感谢各位专家为我们送来了求之不得的宝贵财富。 在座的代表中,有不少同志是应我局之邀担任技术顾问的专家,也有将自己的学术研究成果,尤其是研究山西地震带的成果无私地提供出来,帮助我省提高地震监测能力和学术研究水平的同行,这是对我省地震科学事业发展最宝贵的支援,在这里,我表示衷心感谢!
