新加坡新加坡位于赤道以北137公里,全年皆夏。这个国家的国土面积仅有七百多平方公里,比中国的许多城市都要小,一个城市就是一个国家。然而,这里竟有两所排名世界前五十的高校——新加坡国立大学与南洋理工大学,其中,新加坡国立大学(National University 0f Singapore,简称NUS)更是长居亚洲大学榜酋o NUS校内的参天古树枝繁叶茂,纵然是我们行走在室外也不会觉得太热,如若不是各类高科技教学设备和众多造型别致的建筑物,真让人疑心身处森林。在生活中,教授非常随和,但在学术上,老师却有着最严苛的标准。在NUS留学,我每时每刻都在汲取新知识,仿佛天天都能听到生命拔节成长的声音。
Singapore Singapore is located 137 kilometers north of the equator, all summer. The land area of this country is only over 700 square kilometers, much smaller than many cities in China, and one city is one country. However, there are two top 50 universities in the world - National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. Among them, National University of Singapore (NUS) Towering old trees flourishing, even if we are walking in the outdoor will not feel too hot, if not all kinds of high-tech teaching equipment and numerous unique buildings, people are suspicious in the forest. In life, professors are very easy-going, but academically, teachers have the most demanding standards. Studying in NUS, I learn new knowledge all the time, as if I could hear the sound of growing up every day.
