本文利用“Gleeble-1500”热力模拟试验机,对SA508cl.3核电用钢进行了恒温压缩模拟,分析了变形温度、变形程度、原始晶粒直径对静态再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响,另外还研究了晶粒的长大随温度、时间的变化情况。通过非线性回归分析,得到了静态再结晶晶粒直径drex随变形温度T、原始晶粒直径d0的定量关系和再结晶后的晶粒尺寸d与温度T、时间t的定量关系,为进一步再结晶数值模拟提供了可靠的判据。
In this paper, “Gleeble-1500” thermal simulation test machine, the SA508cl. 3 nuclear steel with constant temperature compression simulation, analysis of the deformation temperature, degree of deformation, the original grain size of the static recrystallization grain size, in addition to study the grain growth with temperature, time changes. Through the nonlinear regression analysis, the quantitative relationship between the static recrystallization grain diameter drex and the deformation temperature T, the original grain diameter d0 and the recrystallized grain size d with the temperature T and the time t were obtained. For further Crystallization numerical simulation provides a reliable criterion.
