建国三十多年来,我国社会主义经济建设取得了很大的成绩,但也发生过失误。伟大成绩之取得在于实事求是,按客观经济规律办事;失误则是因为违背了客观存在的经济规律、特别是社会主义基本经济规律的缘故。现在我们要根据中央工作会议精神,发展建国以来少有的很好的形势,消除潜藏着的危险,特别是要克服作为主要危险的经济工作中的“左”的思想,贯彻执行在经济上进一步调整的重大方针,最根本的是要提高运用社会主义基本经济规律的自觉性,按照社会主义基本经济规律的要客观要求,搞好国民经济调整工作。
Over the past thirty years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, great achievements have been made in the socialist economy in our country, but mistakes have also taken place. The great achievements have been made in seeking truth from facts and in accordance with the laws of objective economy. The mistakes came because they violated the objectively existing economic laws, especially the basic economic laws of socialism. Now we must, according to the spirit of the Central Work Conference, develop the rare good situation since the founding of the People’s Republic so as to eliminate the hidden dangers.
