用氧氟沙星加氨苄青霉素治疗伤寒２６例，并以单用氨苄青霉素的对照组２０例对比。前者退热天数为３．８８±２．３４天５后者为９．７５±４．４２天（Ｐ＜０．０５）；前５者有效率１００％，后者有效率４５％（Ｐ＜０．０００１）；前者复发率０，后者复发率１５％（Ｐ＜０．００００１３）。认为氧氟沙星加氨苄青霉素治疗伤寒疗效高，抗复发性强，可作为伤寒的首选药物之一。
Ofloxacin plus ampicillin in the treatment of typhoid fever in 26 cases, and single control group with ampicillin in 20 cases. The former was 3.88 ± 2.34 days and the latter was 9.75 ± 4.42 days (P <0.05). The first five were 100% effective and the latter 45% effective (P < 0.0001). The former had a recurrence rate of 0 and the latter had a recurrence rate of 15% (P <0.000013). That of ofloxacin plus ampicillin treatment of typhoid fever, anti-recurrent strong, can be used as one of the first choice of typhoid fever.
