对于某个建设项目的全过程来讲,设计阶段所花的费用是比较少的,然而在此阶段节约投资的可能性最大,本文通过一张曲线图和几则实例分析比较了工程全过程的几个阶段中节约投资可能性的大小,证实了上述观点。
For the whole process of a construction project, the cost of the design phase is relatively small, but the possibility of saving investment at this stage is the greatest. This article analyzes and compares the whole process of the project through a graph and a few examples. The magnitude of the potential for saving investment in several phases confirms this view.
