上海市认真贯彻市委、市政府开展“双增双节”运动的号召和将物资消耗比1988年降低8%的要求,节约原材料取得了较好的成绩。上半年全市完成工业总产值比1988年同期增长6.8%,而主要物资消耗除硫酸、部分有色金属(铝材、铅材)比上年同期有所增长外,其它原材料均比上年同期下降。其中钢材消耗下降7.8%,7种有色金属消耗下降8.5%,铸造生铁消耗下降10.2%,木材消耗下降4.8%,烧碱消耗下降0.6%,橡胶消耗下降9.1%,水泥消耗下降11.5%。
Shanghai Municipality earnestly implemented the call of the municipal party committee and municipal government to carry out the “double-double-double” campaign and the requirement of reducing the consumption of materials by 8% over that of 1988 and achieved good results in saving raw materials. In the first half of the year, the city’s total industrial output value increased by 6.8% over the same period of 1988, while the consumption of major materials except sulfuric acid and some non-ferrous metals (aluminum and lead) increased over the same period of previous year while the prices of other raw materials decreased over the same period of last year. The consumption of steel dropped by 7.8%, the consumption of 7 kinds of non-ferrous metals dropped by 8.5%, the consumption of cast iron decreased by 10.2%, the consumption of wood decreased by 4.8%, the consumption of caustic soda dropped by 0.6%, the consumption of rubber dropped by 9.1% and the consumption of cement decreased by 11.5%.
