一年多来,能源界最火热的话题莫过于页岩气革命“成功”对世界能源结构和国际能源格局带来的变化。由于可控水裂技术的进步和横井钻探精度的显著提高,美国页岩气的开采成本大幅下降。在补贴和成本下降的双重作用下,美国天然气价格趋降。这不仅使美国电力市场中天然气机组的竞争力前景看好,较之前更能吸引投资人目光;更有甚者,许多预测和讨论已经认为页岩气能够帮助美国实现能源独立,改变世界能源市场的结构甚至翻新全球战略格局。
