为探讨房室交界区及其内部结构的形态学特征,本实验选用9头猪房室交界区标本作两个平面连续切片,Masson三色法染色,光镜观察。结果显示:猪房室交界区主要由房室结两层形态特征明显不同的细胞束以及房室交界区后部组成。房室结上浅层细胞束细胞粗大,染色深,细胞密集,排列较整齐,在靠近Todaro腱处与心房肌细胞直接连接,相连的心房肌细胞亦较粗长,着色深,细胞密集;房室结下深层细胞束向前与上浅层细胞束汇合后向His束延伸,该细胞束细胞细长,着色浅,细胞稀疏,排列较紊乱。房室交界区后部也可观察到细胞形态不同的上浅束和下深束,分别与房室结两束相连,其细胞形态也分别与房室结两束相似。房室交界区后部上浅束在冠状窦口的前上方浅层(右侧位)或深层(左侧位)向后与心房肌相连,该处心房肌细胞细小;下深束则在冠状窦口前下方的深层(左侧位)或浅层(右侧位)向后移行并消失,或附着在上浅束下方消失。在房室交界区可见到散在的起搏细胞(P细胞)团,在房室结下深层细胞束和房室交界区后部下深束多见,在冠状窦口下方亦可见到,有2例在房室结前方和His束上方见到独立存在的P细胞团。结果表明猪房室交界区各层面及不同部位的细胞形态特征有较大差异,房室结上浅?
