本文介绍了处理粗粒给矿的粗选浮选机设计及在规定时间内获得最大回收率的基本原理。概述了基本原理在22升、320升和3米~3容积浮选机设计中的应用,并给出了这些浮选机操作试验的结果。试验中,尤其着重于研究表征微细粒回收率的水的浮出率。和各种类型矿物的浮选速率。可以断定,期望的基本规律已经找到,但为了更严格的确定在生产条件下的最佳参数,仍需进一步研究。
This paper presents the rationale for designing a rougher flotation machine for coarse-grained feed and for obtaining maximum recovery within a specified time. The application of the basic principles in the design of 22-liter, 320-liter and 3-meter-3 volumetric flotation machines is summarized. The results of the operation tests of these flotation machines are given. In the experiments, particular emphasis was given to studying the rate of water breakthrough characterizing the recovery of fine particles. And various types of mineral flotation rate. It can be concluded that the basic law of expectation has been found, but in order to more rigorously determine the best parameters under production conditions, further research is still needed.
