(一)在治淮工程中,民工們一般地都採用了八分至十二分的评工记分方法。每日工畢後,以班為单位,按照各人當天的勞動成绩及其表现,评議分数;並规定:一般评為十分,最多不超過十二分,最少不低於八分。各劳動單位(中隊或分隊或班)卽根据民工個人得分多少,分配工资。这种方法,在鼓励勞動情緒方面,曾起了一定的作用。
