本实验主要研究N样胆碱能受体在胆碱酯酶抑制剂梭曼(soman)诱发惊厥中的作用。 实验采用记录清醒制动大鼠脑电图上梭曼诱发的癫痫样放电作为指标,观察了梭曼的致惊特点及对抗剂的预防效果。 梭曼100μg/kg im可在脑电图上记录到癫痫样放电。早期为紧张性放电,持续10~30s,与N激动剂烟碱诱发的癫痫波有相同的特点。晚期为阵挛性放电,持续30~60 min,与M激动剂槟榔碱(arecoline)诱发的癫
In this study, we focused on the role of N-like cholinergic receptors in soman-induced convulsions induced by cholinesterase inhibitors. In the experiment, soman-induced epileptiform discharge on the electroencephalogram (WBR) of conscious rats was used as an index to observe the characteristics of soman and the preventive effect of the antagonists. Soman 100μg / kg im can be recorded in the electroencephalogram epileptic discharge. Early tension discharge, sustained 10 ~ 30s, and N-agonist nicotine-induced epileptic waves have the same characteristics. Late clonic discharge, sustained 30 ~ 60 min, and M agonist arecoline-induced epilepsy
