我校是一所年轻学校,就教师动力问题我谈不上经验,只能谈谈个人观点。第一,教师动力是我们长期思考而又忽略的问题。谁说有钱就有动力,有分数就有动力,有领导表扬力就有动力?很多学校对文化创建、校园文化、标语警句、环境状态等津津乐道,而一谈到实质性的“人”则往往以大而全的口号代替。面向世界,现实没弄好,世界何在?教师不支持,学校何来发展?所以研究教师动力具有正本清源的意义。人的主观能动性的削弱及其研究缺乏,必然导致学校走下坡路。校长在教师问题上已经处于群体焦虑,研究教师动力是回到了本质上的学校文化建设。
My school is a young school, I can not talk about experience on the issue of teacher motivation, can only talk about personal point of view. First, teacher motivation is a problem that we think long-term and ignore. Who said there is money power, there are motivational scores, there are motivations for leadership praise? Many schools talked about the cultural creation, campus culture, slogans, state of the environment and talked about the substantive People "are often replaced by large and slogans. Facing the world, the reality is not well, what is the world? Teachers do not support the school how to develop? Therefore, the study of teacher motivation has the original significance of the source. Weak subjective initiative and lack of research, will inevitably lead to the school downhill. The principal is already in a group anxiety on the issue of teachers, and the study of teacher motivation is back to the essence of school culture.
