随着现代管理科学的发展,我国卫生防疫站管理也正在开始由经验型向科学型转化,由定性管理向定量管理发展。其中运筹学方法的运用已成为现代管理的重要手段。特别是电子计算机的应用使运筹学可以解决更复杂的问题。本文仅就运筹学中的0—l规划方法在卫生防疫站管理中的应用作以简述。0—1规划是管理活动中常见的一类问题,是合理利用、调配资源的一种应用数学方法。它是在满足某项工作所给出的约束条件下,如何使管理目标获得极大值(或极小值)的方法。0—1规划数学模型的建立必须符合下列条件:(1)必须有明确目标和可用变量来表示的目标函数;(2)通过分析问题,抓住了主要的、决定的因素建立模型;(3)要
With the development of modern management science, the management of China’s health and epidemic prevention stations is also beginning to change from an empirical type to a scientific one, and from qualitative management to quantitative management. The application of operational research methods has become an important means of modern management. In particular, the application of electronic computers enables operational research to solve more complex problems. This article only briefly describes the application of 0-l planning method in the management of health epidemic prevention stations in operations research. 0-1 planning is a common type of problem in management activities and it is an applied mathematics method for rational utilization and deployment of resources.
