本文根据海南某核电现场22寸海水蝶阀在安装过程中发现其螺栓孔中心圆直径与贝类捕集器不符合的问题,结合现场实际情况给出相应的解决方案,分析了此类问题产生的原因,并为以后杜绝此类问题产生提出相关建议。
In this paper, according to a 22-inch seawater butterfly valve on a nuclear power plant site in Hainan, it was found that the diameter of the center hole of the bolt bore did not meet the requirement of the shellfish catcher. Corresponding solutions were given according to the actual situation in the field. Reasons and put forward relevant suggestions for putting an end to such problems in the future.
