一、前言磁性法测量残余奥氏体量准确性的关键在于标准试样的选择。关于标样的选择已进行多年的讨论。在理想的情况下,标样中应全部为铁磁相,并与试样中铁磁相有相同的化学成分。但这对于高合金钢是难以达到的。在实际测量中,往往选择饱和磁化强度最高的试样作为标样,认为其全部组织为铁磁相,令其残余奥氏体量为零。这样定标样可能要影响到残余奥氏体量的绝对数值,但在实际应用中,一般都是进行不同工艺之间
I. Introduction The key to the accuracy of the residual austenite in the magnetic method lies in the selection of standard samples. The selection of standards has been under discussion for many years. Ideally, the sample should be entirely ferromagnetic and have the same chemical composition as the ferromagnetic phase in the sample. But this is hard to achieve for high alloy steels. In the actual measurement, the sample with the highest saturation magnetization is often selected as the standard sample, and all the samples are considered as the ferromagnetic phase, resulting in a residual austenite amount of zero. Such calibration may affect the amount of residual austenite the absolute value, but in practice, are generally carried out between different processes
