阅读是人们获取信息的一种重要途径,提高中学生的阅读理解能力是中学英语教学的一个主要目标和要求。本文分析了采用《21世纪学生英文报》“高中版”为教材,指导学生实施阅读,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的自学能力的可行性和可操作性,论述了英语报刊阅读在高中跟英语课堂教学中的运用。
Reading is an important way for people to obtain information. Improving middle school students’ reading comprehension is one of the main goals and requirements of English teaching in middle school. This article analyzes the feasibility and operability of using “21st Century Students ’English Newspaper” and “Senior High School Edition” as teaching materials to guide students in reading, stimulating students’ interest in learning English and cultivating their self-learning ability.
